Payments & Installments

All payments are taken in advance before we begin any work.

• If your order is $500 or above, you can split it into two payments — half at the start, and the rest after 15 days.

• Guest posting orders always require full upfront payment — no installments for these.

Information Sharing & Access

Once you’re onboard, we’ll ask you to share all the important details about your website. The sooner you provide that, the faster we can start.

To do the job properly, we usually need login access to your site. In case of any technical issues, we might request temporary access to your hosting or Google Search Console — but only if you’re comfortable. If not, no worries — we’ll guide you on what to do from your side.

Project Kickoff & Timelines

Before we start, you’ll need to fill out a form with your project details. Once we’ve reviewed it and received your payment, we get to work!

We always aim to stick to our given delivery timeline, but occasionally, things can shift slightly due to unexpected issues — in which case we’ll keep you updated.

We use trusted tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics, but our main focus is always on natural, long-term SEO results.

What If Something Goes Wrong?

Honestly, we’ve never had a case where our work caused traffic loss — but we still like to keep things transparent.

If anything ever goes wrong due to our SEO efforts, we’ll take time to help recover it.

However, if a Google algorithm update causes traffic fluctuations, that’s beyond our control — but even then, we’ll stay by your side and help fix what we can.
